This annual adventure race is for teams of Sailors and Fell Runners (both adult and teenage) in the most beautiful parts of the West Coast of Bonny Scotland. Photoshoot with Spacebetween in the French Mercantour

Not exactly an expedition ..... Last April we experienced the delights of the Mercantour National Park, which nestles behind the French Riviera. Staying with Liz & Mel of Spacebetween we sampled Via Ferrata, snowshoeing, scrambling, hiking, snowholing, birdwatching and wolf spotting, as well as enjoying the contrast of the flower market, street cafes and beaches of Nice. Read about our adventure in the 2007 Trek & Travel / Multi-activity catalogue - click here to visit the download page. Or visit www.space-between.co.uk to find a wonderfully relaxing holiday in the unspoilt Alpes Maritimes.

Arctic Voice

Starting in Summer 2007, the Arctic Voice expedition is an ambitious project to provide a voice for the threatened communities of the Arctic Inuit by recording their thoughts, concerns and experience in relation to climate change. The team of three will journey from Arctic Canada via the historic North West Passage. The eight month journey using kayak and dog sledge aims also to link schools en route with schools in the UK and so foster dialogue to emphasise the impact of our actions on our children's futures.

Visit www.arcticvoice.org for more information.
